Here are a few shots of San Diego.  The car we saw at a small roadside ostrich farm just outside the Wild Animal Park, the rest are from the Historic District ... except bottome center which is the mall that was across the street from our hotel.  San Diego is known for it's historic architecture, and this mall was obviously anything but historic, but a strange and welcome site none-the-less.

On the way from the Grand Canyon back to San Diego, there was a huge mountain-side wild fire that I was able to stop and take photos of. There are actually fairly out of focus because the smoke was all around the road by the time I stopped to take a few shots.  I wasn't close to the first itself, but the smoke was everywhere.
